Exchange

We offer exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Tags should be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Proper unboxing video without cuts or edits is mandatory

Please note:

• No Refund
• Exchange only on eligible products

Damaged / Wrong Item

Exchange will only be provided if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• A proper continuous unboxing video is shared from the beginning without any cuts or pauses

Without proper unboxing proof, exchange requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Returns

Returns are not accepted.
